About the Scheme
SECAM is a state-level mission to promote employment and entrepreneurship among the rural population. It brings together various government schemes under one umbrella to provide training, financial assistance, and necessary support to individuals in agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and related sectors.
By simplifying application procedures and enhancing access to resources, SECAM helps beneficiaries build sustainable income sources.
Eligibility
- Residents of Odisha (preferably rural or semi-urban areas)
- Individuals between 18-45 years (age limit may vary by scheme)
- Priority to SC/ST, women, BPL, Antyodaya, and physically challenged applicants
- Applicants with land ownership or valid lease agreement (for land-based activities)
- Willingness to participate in training and capacity-building programs
